Good
The hotel staff is very nice, and the value (quality)/price ratio is good. It is a good place if one wants to visit surroundings of Rome, too.
Although it seems the closest underground station is not very far from the hotel, it is very complicated to walk there. You can rather use either your own car, or taxi, or public transport (bus) to get there.
